Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.

Refunds: * If an item is defective or the wrong size was sent, we will offer a full refund or exchange.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, undergarments and sales/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
