Delivery Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays.

Delivery Locations: We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Local deliveries within Abuja (Kubwa, Gwarinpa, Central Area, etc.) typically arrive within 24 hours of processing.

Shipping Rates: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Pickup Option: Customers are welcome to pick up their orders for free at our physical store: 22, Ikolaba Street, Byazhin, Kubwa, Abuja.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email with the contact details of the dispatch rider or courier service.
